Very comfortable furniture in the living room with a gas fireplace, Flat Screen TV/VCR/DVD. Open great room design to the full kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room.
Step up to the large bedrooms all with carpeting. One room with a Double bed and a sink and mirror for convenience. Another bedroom with a Queen and the Master Bedroom with full bath and a Queen bed.
Washer and dryer located in a half basement. The kids and the dog will have an easy three block walk to the sand and only 1/2 block to our one main street of Laneda.
