| This beach house is located close to town and only a short walk to the beach. It is light and cheery with lots of windows and brightly colored furnishings. It has hardwood floors throughout the living room, dining area and kitchen on the first floor. Also downstairs is one bedroom (with 2 bunks) and a full bath (shower only)/laundry facilities with access from both the bedroom and the kitchen. Just off the dining area is a sunny back deck with a picnic table and a fenced off dog run. Upstairs consists of two additional bedrooms and a full bath (shower only). This home and the original cottage (190 North Carmel) in the rear are perfect for two families. Together the two homes will sleep 14. Additional amenities include TV/VCR, CD player, Dishwasher, Microwave, and Washer/Dryer. Pets are welcome with a fee. No smoking please. | ||

| This adorable beach cottage is located close to town and only a short walk to the beach. It has been recently remodeled, but still holds a quaint style. There are hardwood floors throughout the house. The downstairs consists of the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with wood stove (wood not provided), bedroom (with queen bed) and one full bath. Continuing the cottage style, at the top of the stairs there are French doors that lead to a large open bedroom, and ½ bath. The home also offers a large south deck and a fenced in yard, perfect for your pet! Additional amenities include TV/VCR, Stereo (No CD), Dishwasher, Microwave, and Washer/Dryer.
